Destination guides and Stillaways Match provide general decision support. They are not professional, safety, weather, road, medical, accessibility, supplier, price, or availability advice. Verify current conditions and material travel details through reliable sources before acting.
A first-access registration records broad interest only. Stillaways is not currently issuing quotes, checking suppliers, arranging stays or transport, accepting payments, reserving inventory, or confirming bookings through this website.
What is collected and why.
The form collects name, WhatsApp number, optional email, destination interest, approximate travel window, traveller type, consent, and basic source or campaign tags. It does not ask for exact dates, budget, ages of children, address, identity documents, health records, or payment details.
This information is used to secure the form, acknowledge the registration, understand broad demand, contact you about the same first-access interest, and maintain essential business records. It is not sold and is not shared with hotels, transport providers, activity operators, or other travel suppliers in this limited mode.
Hostinger provides website hosting and business email, WordPress operates the site, and WhatsApp/Meta systems process messages if you choose that channel. Google Analytics remains disabled unless a valid measurement ID is configured and the visitor accepts analytics.
Temporary validation or mail-error drafts expire after ten minutes. Unconverted interest records and related operational conversations are normally scheduled for review within 12 months. Records may be kept longer when a legal, security, complaint, fraud-prevention, or other documented obligation requires it.
To request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, or deletion where applicable, email hello@stillaways.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Stillaways may verify the requester before acting.
Protect the form and the visitor.
The production website is expected to use HTTPS. The theme applies request verification, restricted inputs, abuse-rate limiting, and limited-duration error drafts. The rate limiter derives a keyed, non-reversible token from the connection address for ten minutes; the theme does not store the raw address in the private interest record.
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit another person's contact information without authority, or send sensitive documents or payment details.

Travel conditions, roads, weather, access, operating hours, and provider information can change. Publication does not mean a detail was recently inspected or verified unless the page explicitly states the evidence and date. Stillaways may correct or update the website as the service develops.
